Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. If you choose to book an appointment through our website you will be taken to our secure booking system (Patient Records Management).

Patient Records Management
We use My FHP Planner (FHP Software Ltd) to manage your booking of appointments and clinical records. This includes your contact details, appointment history, clinical notes, and health information. We use this to provide your care, manage appointments, and meet our professional record-keeping obligations. Your data is encrypted and stored securely on UK servers. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your records (subject to legal retention requirements).
